We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of organic and non-toxic window fabrics. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
